If you need to reset your password but have not set up this tool, please contact Dentistry’s IITS Help Desk in room 346, extension 4480, or by creating a ticket by email at email@example.com.

If you know your password but would like to enroll in the password recovery tool for future use, click here. You may be prompted to log in before accessing the page—use your dentistry account credentials. Click the Enroll for Reset button and fill out security questions for your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the service has been successfully set up. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact the Dentistry IITS Help Desk in room 346, extension 4480, or by creating a ticket by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check which email we have on file for you.
