Additional Research Grant Success

Once again, the Faculty of Dentistry's successful grant application results highlight our strength in research. Examples of recent successful grant recipients include:

• Professor Anil Kishen, who has received $19,200 from the Ontario Centres of Excellence “Voucher of Innovation and Productivity” program for a proposal entitled “Nanovarnish for Dental Caries”
• Professor Marco Magalhaes, who received a Connaught New Researcher Award valued at $10,000
• Professor Michael Glogauer, who has been elected as member of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences.
• Jeff Chadwick, PhD student, who has CIHR doctoral fellowship success in Canada.
