Established by the vendor in 2005 and having treated ~1,800 patients in the last 12 months, the vendor is willing to transition with the new owner – for a period of time – to help the buyer establish relationships with the current referring practitioners. The vendor is also willing to sign a part-time associate agreement for a mutually beneficial period, if the buyer so desires.
