York Region is inviting interested parties to submit a response to the Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) No. RFSQ-1491-24 for External Dental Providers for the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (“OSDCP”).

The RFSQ aims to establish a list of prequalified service providers. Qualified service providers may be invited to enter into a contract with the Region for a three (3) year period, for the provision of the Deliverables for an assignment.

The Region is inviting RFSQ responses from interested parties in the following categories:

1. Part A – General Dentists
2. Part B – Oral Surgeons
3. Part C – Endodontists
4. Part D - Denturists

Respondents can submit an RFSQ response to one (1) of the four (4) categories.

This RFSQ is being advertised on the Region’s bidding system at http://york.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding Website”). Respondents will be able to download the RFSQ documents and addenda directly from the Bidding Website if they have a vendor account. If respondents do not have a vendor account, they may contact the Region’s Purchasing Representative at Michelle.Doiron@york.ca to advise that they wish to receive copies of the documents and addenda for RFSQ-1491-24.

The Submission Deadline is August 15, 2024.

A virtual Information Meeting is being held on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST. To attend the Information Meeting, respondents should express their intent to do so in writing via email to the Region’s Purchasing Representative at Michelle.Doiron@york.ca.
