Part-Time or Full-Time Associate Dentist
We are a dynamic dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dentistry services. Our team is driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation in dental care, and a passion for making a difference. We are in search of a Part-Time or Full-Time Associate Dentist who is eager to embrace challenges, drive efficiency, and contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our practice. This role offers flexibility with the potential to work 2-5 days a week, catering to a busy schedule with a variety of procedures. Mentorship is also available by our experienced dentists if needed. New graduates are welcome!

Team Overview:
Our clinic is supported by a dedicated team, including Hygienists, Dentists, Front Desk staff, and Dental Assistants, all committed to quality dental care and service. We're looking to add an General Dentist to join our efforts.
The ideal candidate will integrate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team, playing a crucial role in streamlining dental services and enhancing patient interactions. This role is not just about fulfilling tasks but about contributing to a culture where patient satisfaction is a priority, balanced with the integrity and principles that guide our clinic’s operations. This opportunity allows for professional growth in a supportive environment, ensuring our dedication to dental care excellence and patient satisfaction is always a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform a wide range of dental procedures including root canals, fillings, crowns, bridges, pediatric dentistry, and administer nitrous oxide.
· Provide comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
· Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Front Desk staff.
· Educate patients on oral health and preventative care.
Screening Criteria:
· DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
· Currently registered with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
· Valid CPR Certification.
· Strong clinical skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Assets:
· Bilingual in both official languages (English and French)
