Hello New Grad,
School is almost done and I’m sure that you’re starting to get into the headspace of looking for the opportunity to start your new career. This is a very exciting time for you and we would like to be part of that.
Our clinic is looking for an associate to join us and work towards building a long-lasting relationship with us, our team and our patients. We are Metropolitan Dental, a well-established office in Ottawa, consisting of 2 dentists, 5 hygienists, 3 assistants, and 4 administrative team members. We have 8 operatories that run full time to care for our many patients.
What are we looking for?
• Someone with a passion for providing excellent dental care and the desire to have mentors help guide you to success
• A person who has an outgoing personality with good communication skills. This is very important
• Interested to excel in all aspects of general dentistry with an additional focus on pedodontics, surgery and periodontics
• Someone who values continuing education and working toward improving their skills
• Must have an interest in technology and how to incorporate this into quality dentistry
• Someone who appreciates the importance of team work, having fun and working hard and how these contribute to success.
• And for the right candidate, someone that is interested in the potential for future buy in and becoming an eventual partner.
