Full-Time Associate Dentist – Thunder Bay, Ontario

We are a growing, family-oriented dental practice in Thunder Bay, Ontario, committed to providing high-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

About Our Practice:
Recently expanded into a state-of-the-art facility with 5 operational treatment rooms, additional space for more ops
Located in a high-traffic area
Focus on future growth with plans for orthodontics, implants, and in-house printing
Advanced technology, including digital x-rays, a Trios5 scanner, and more
What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough oral exams and create personalized treatment plans
Perform a variety of procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
Collaborate with our experienced team to provide optimal patient care
Contribute to our growing, loyal patient base

What We’re Looking For:
At least a few years of general dentistry experience (preferred)
Proficient in exams, x-rays, fillings, crowns, dentures, and endodontics
Experience with orthodontics, extractions, and sedation is a plus
DDS/DMD or NDEB Equivalency required
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing
Valid CPR certification
Strong communication skills, independent work ethic, and patient-focused approach
