Compensation: $1500-1800/day

Position Overview:
As our new Orthodontic Associate, you will work closely with a supportive clinical and
administrative team to provide exceptional orthodontic care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a practice that values clinical excellence, positive energy, and strong patient relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and develop customized treatment plans for orthodontic patients
- Provide comprehensive orthodontic care including fixed appliance treatments and clear
aligner treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Emphasize overall patient experience to ensure excellent service and effectively communicate throughout the entire treatment process
- Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and oral health care
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Ability to problem-solve and think independently, applying sound clinical judgment

Qualifications:
- DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Licensed to practice in Ontario
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused with a commitment to quality care
- Experience with digital orthodontics and modern treatment techniques is preferred but
not required
