Birch Point Dental Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our locally-owned dental practice. New graduates are welcome to apply. Offering 50% compensation based on collections, including recalls and x-rays interpreted. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care and will be proficient in various dental procedures. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. New graduates welcome. No pressure to produce, quality work is preferred. Work and learn at your own pace.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns/bridges
Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences while explaining procedures to patients clearly.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while demonstrating compassion and professionalism.
Compensation

Compensation based on production. 50% of net collections
Signing/relocation bonus to cover cost of moving
