We're looking for an experienced and friendly associate for a busy, patient-focused office with a team atmosphere.

The position is for a full-time associate who is wanting to work in a very family focused office - family friendly from both a patient base point and team environment point of view.

The ideal associate would be wanting to settle in and become an integral part of the dental office team. The office is a large office with multiple dentists who are all very collaborative and the farthest thing from competitive. This is an office where you work when you want to work with friendly and kind people who want to aid in your success. There are no limitations to which dental procedures the associate can and cannot do, and competence and confidence in a large variety of procedures is preferred.

Children's procedures, cosmetic cases and molar endos are often referred out so an associate who can provide those would be a great asset. The ideal associate is looking for an office where he/she can work in a pleasant atmosphere, oversee the dentistry they do and go home at the end of the day with a smile on their face and not have to worry about the running of the business.

The office accepts CDCP patients and the associate must be willing to see these patients. The other dentists at the office all see these patients equally, there is no unequal divvying of patients. Hygiene exams are done by whichever dentist is present and available to do the exam.

The position is for 3 or 4 or 5 days per week - we strive to accommodate the associate's ideal schedule.
