We’re a well-established, community-loved clinic delivering modern dentistry in a warm, welcoming environment. Located just 45 minutes from Victoria, our practice is built on trust, integrity, and long-term relationships — serving families of all ages with genuine care and professionalism.
Position Details
Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
Saturday shifts are required
Start Date: ASAP
Busy, steady flow of patients
Clinical autonomy and the ability to provide personalized treatment plans
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform comprehensive oral exams & diagnoses
Deliver high-quality general dentistry (fillings, extractions, root canals)
Build rapport and trust with patients of all ages, including children
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Work efficiently across two chairs with strong support staff
Collaborate closely with a team that values respect, growth, and clinical excellence

You’re patient-focused, gentle, and committed to delivering top-tier care
Comfortable treating kids and families
Confident managing two chairs efficiently
Strong communicator with excellent time management
Reliable, respectful, and ready to be part of a collaborative team
Qualifications
DDS/DMD from an accredited program OR NDEB equivalency process completed
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Canada (required)
Licensed and in good standing with your provincial dental college
Valid CPR certification
