LightHouse Dental in Kingston is expanding and we’re looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our fast-growing team. Our high-volume practice sees over 350 new patients every month, offering an outstanding opportunity to quickly build a busy schedule and earn well above average.

What You’ll Do

* Provide a full range of general dentistry services including exams, restorations, endodontics, and extractions
* Develop personalized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients
* Build strong patient relationships based on trust, communication, and ethical care
* Work closely with our clinical and administrative team to ensure excellent patient experiences

What We’re Looking For

* General Dentist licensed in Ontario and in good standing with the RCDSO
* Confident with endo and extractions (molars and anterior)
* Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
* Passion for high-quality, ethical dentistry and patient-centered care
* Able to manage a high-volume schedule efficiently
* Open to both experienced dentists and skilled new grads

Qualifications

* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
* RCDSO registration in good standing
* Strong treatment planning and case presentation abilities
* Experience treating patients of all ages is an asset
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow
