We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services in a friendly and professional environment.
Duties
Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software, preferably Dentrix or similar systems.
Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and best practices in patient care.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental office environment.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience or knowledge in extractions is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with electronic health record system Abeldent is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
