The team at Mike The Molar Dental Centre in Trenton, ON is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist for a part-time or full-time opportunity. The Associate Dentist will provide a full scope of dental services while delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, high-producing practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, communicates effectively with both patients and team members, and is comfortable working independently when needed.

This permanent role offers a strong existing patient base, flexible scheduling (16–33 hours per week on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays), and the option to tailor hours based on availability. Compensation is fee-for-service starting at 40% of collections, with higher rates depending on experience. The practice provides mentorship and training for new graduates, modern technology, free parking, and an accommodation allowance.

Applicants must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, and be registered or eligible for registration with the RCDSO. New graduates are welcome.
