Our team in the Barrie area, Ontario is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Orthodontist for a full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive orthodontic care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and work collaboratively with a skilled, supportive team.

We offer a solid patient base with strong earning potential, state-of-the-art orthodontic technology, free parking, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term growth, including potential equity partnership within 123Dentist. Compensation is fee-for-service starting at 40% of collections, with flexibility based on experience. The schedule is approximately 30 hours per week over 4 days, with some flexibility.

Requirements include a DDS/DMD/BDS (or NDEB equivalency), eligibility for registration with the RCDSO, authorization to practice in Ontario, and 2+ years of orthodontic experience.
