Dental Studio – Pediatrics in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a passionate Associate Pediatric Dentist to join the team on a part-time, permanent basis, working Tuesdays and Fridays (16 hours/week), with potential to transition into a full-time role. This position offers strong mentorship, a long-standing patient base, and a fully staffed support team. OR privileges are not included initially but may be added as the role evolves.

Compensation is fee-for-service starting at 40% of collections, with strong earning potential. Opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and future equity partnership within 123Dentist are available.

Requirements include certification in Pediatric Dentistry, DDS/DMD/BDS (or NDEB equivalency), eligibility for registration with the RCDSO, valid BLS certification, and 2+ years of experience.
