Full-time associate wanted
Our busy orthodontic practice in the Barrie area, Ontario is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Orthodontist for a full-time, permanent position (4 days/week, approximately 30 hours with some flexibility).
The successful candidate will provide a full range of orthodontic services with a focus on exceptional patient care and clear communication. Youâll work alongside an experienced, well-trained team in a modern clinic equipped with state-of-the-art orthodontic technology. A strong existing patient base offers excellent earning potential.
Compensation is fee-for-service starting at 40% of collections and higher, depending on experience. Mentorship is available, and there is opportunity for long-term growth, including potential equity partnership within 123Dentist, Canadaâs largest majority dentist-owned network with nearly 500 practices nationwide.
Qualifications include a BDS, DDS, or DMD (or successful NDEB equivalency), eligibility for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and a minimum of two yearsâ orthodontic experience. Candidates registered in other Canadian provinces are welcome to apply.
